We are dealing with the most intense reality the human mind has ever conceived. The practice of this science is the application of the law of right thought, of true spiritual understanding. We use the mind to heal, building our ideas upon an affirmative rather than a negative factor. We release requests to Spirit who completes the work.

DO I NEED A SCIENCE OF MIND TREATMENT?
It is a multi-step process that gives the mind a new way to think about God instead of problems. Amazingly, it engages the deeper forces of nature to produce life-giving results. By thinking in terms of the presence of God rather than thinking in terms of the material facts, things change. The Science of Mind is intensely practical; we use the Mind Principle for definite purposes, helping the sick, impoverished, or unhappy. Each of us can practice this science, be a demonstrator of its Principle, and consciously use its Power.

WHAT IS THE SCIENCE OF MIND?
The Science of Mind is an outgrowth of the spiritual faith which people have had throughout the ages. The Science of Mind is comparatively new, but the mental experience of the invisible universe is as old as the history of man. Ernest Holmes has put together all the findings which help us understand man's relationship with the universe, and then to apply his spiritual understanding to the problems of human life. This science states that we are living in a spiritual universe of harmony, and the use of right ideas is the enforcement of its law. This science is more than mental; it is also spiritual. The Truth about this spiritual universe also declares the Truth about false belief. We consider everything opposed to good as an accumulation of human thought, the collective negative suggestion of the race consciousness.

The Science of Mind teaches that there is One Infinite Mind which of necessity includes all that is, whether it be the intelligence in man, an animal, or the invisible Presence which is God. To be able to discern the spiritual idea behind-of its physical symbol is to use the mind that Jesus used.
